FOR OR TOWARDS THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE ART AND SCIENCE OF DESIGN IN ALL ITS ASPECTS AND IN PARTICULAR BY PROMOTING AN ANNUAL PUBLIC LECTURE TO BE KNOWN AS THE LORD REILLY DESIGN LECTURE AND OTHER PUBLIC LECTURES AND THE PUBLICATION OF SUCH LECTURES ("THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES") AND TO MAKE DONATIONS FOR THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
