TO RELIEVE CHILDREN IN NEED PARTICULARLY THOSE IN ORPHANAGES AND HOSPITALS IN ROMANIA AND ALBANIA BY PROVIDING SUITABLE AID AND ASSISTANCE WHICH IS NOT NORMALLY AVAILABLE IN THEIR OWN COUNTRY.
