1) TO RELIEVE POVERTY SICKNESS AND DISTRESS AMONG PERSONS WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM ALCHOLISM THE CONSEQUENCES OF EXCESSIVE DRINKING OF ALCOHOL OR DRUG RELATED PROBLEMS AND THE FAMILIES AND DEPENDENTS OF SUCH PERSONS. 2) TO PROMOTE THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF, AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN GOOD HEALTH.
