1. TO PURCHASE, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN AN ULTRA SOUND SCANNER FOR DIAGNOSTIC PURPOSES AT THE BEECH HOUSE PRACTICE AND THE APPROVED TRAINING OF MEDICAL STAFF; AND 2. TO FINANCE THE ACQUISITION, MAINTENANCE AND REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND FINANCE SERVICES AND ANY PERSONNEL TO MAINTAIN, IMPROVE AND EXTEND THE SERVICE FOR THE LONG TERM CARE AND BENEFIT OF THE PATIENTS OF THE BEECH HOUSE PRACTICE.
