TO RELIEVE PERSONS IN PIATRA NEAMT ROMANIA AND IN PARTICULAR THE ELDERLY, THE SICK AND THE POOR WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS AS A RESULT OF LOCAL OR NATIONAL DISASTER OR BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES AND IN PARTCIULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY MEANS OF DEPLOYING HUMAN AND MATERIAL RESOURCES AND AID TO PROVIDE APPROPRIATE RELIEF FOR SUCH PERSONS.
