THE RELIEF OF PERSONS WITH A LEARNING DISABILITY, PHYSICAL DISABILITY OR OTHER CHARITABLE DISADVANTAGE BY PROVIDING SUPPORT AND SERVICES FOR SUCH PERSONS, THEIR CARERS AND FAMILIES; AND
THE PROVISION OR ASSISTANCE OF THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE NEED THEREOF BY REASON OF LEARNING DISABILITY, PHYSICAL DISABILITY OR OTHER CHARITABLE DISABILITY WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
