Charitable objects

THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS: TO DISTRIBUTE AND PAY ALL ITS MONEY AND OTHER ASSETS (WHETHER CAPITAL OR INCOME) TO SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN CONNECTION WITH THE WORK OF THE MALABAR INDEPENDENT SYRIAN CHURCH TOWARDS THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH, ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION) BY THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL SUPPORT IN SUCH MANNER AND SUCH PROPORTIONS AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT.
