BENEFIT OF MEN WHO ARE OR HAVE BEEN ENGAGED IN THE PRINTING INDUSTRY OR ALLIED TRADES OR IN THE DISTRIBUTIVE TRADES THEROF, WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS WITH PREFERENCE TO FREEMEN OF THE STATIONERS AND NEWSPAPER MAKERS COMPANY AGED 60 YEARS AND OVER. INCOME NOT APPLIED AS ABOVE MAY BE EXPENDED FOR THE BENEFIT OF WIDOWS IN CONDITIONS OF NEED HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS OF MEN WHO WERE ENGAGED IN THE PRINTING INDUSTRY AND ALLIED TRADES OR DISTRIBUTIVE TRADES AS ABOVE. PREFERENCE SHALL BE GIVEN TO WIDOWS OF FREEMEN OF THE STATIONERS AND NEWSPAPER MAKERS COMPANY.
