(C) PERSONS WHO HAVE ACQUIRED INDEPENDENT ACCOMMODATION - (LOCAL AUTHORITY, HOUSING ASSOCIATION OR PRIVATELY OWNED) - AND WHO SEEK ASSISTANCE IN ESTABLISHING THEMSELVES.
