TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE MILL HILL AREA OF DERBY, AND IN PARTICULAR, BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH, THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, THE ADVANCEMENT OF RELIGION, AND THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE
