Charitable objects

SUBJECT TO THE PAYMENTS AFORESAID THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY FOR THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY, OF PEOPLE LIVING IN FRESSINGFIELD BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY FOR PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES. IF THE TRUSTEES DETERMINE THAT THE INCOME CANNOT BE APPLIED FOR THIS PURPOSE THEN AT THEIR DISCRETION THEY CAN APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY FOR GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES WITHIN THE SAID COMMUNITY.
