FOR THE RELIEF OF PERSONS WHO ARE AGED OR WHO ARE OTHERWISE IN NEED AND WHO ARE RESIDENT AT SEWARD LODGE RESIDENTIAL CARE HOME AT STANSTED ROAD, HERTFORDSHIRE SG13 7HN OR WHO ATTEND THE HOME AS NON-RESIDENTS, BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF SERVICES, EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES AND OTHER ITEMS FOR SUCH PERSONS WHICH WOULD NOT OTHERWISE BE PROVIDED BY THE EAST HERTS NHS TRUST OR OTHER STATUTORY BODY.
