TO RELIEVE PERSONS IN THE BALKANS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS AS A RESULT OF LOCAL, NATIONAL OR INTERNATIONAL DISASTER BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES AND IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY MEANS OF DEPLOYING HUMAN AND MATERIAL RESOURCES TO PROVIDE APPROPRIATE RELIEF TO SUCH PERSONS THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH
