1) TO PROVIDE RELIEF FOR THE INHABITANTS OF THE ISLAND OF PORTLAND AND ITS ENVIRONS WHO HAVE NEED BECAUSE OF AGE, MENTAL OR PHYSICAL DISABILITY OR POVERTY IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING A NON-PROFIT COMMUNITY TRANSPORT SERVICE.
