Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT TO OR TOWARDS OR FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF OR IN FURTHERANCE OF SUCH PURPOSES ("CHARITABLE PURPOSES") AS SHALL FOR THE TIME BEING BE CHARITABLE PURPOSES ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND OR SUCH INSTITUTIONS ("CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS") BEING AND INCLUDING CORPORATIONS, INSTITUTIONS, TRUSTS OR BODIES OF PERSONS (WHEREVER ESTABLISHED OR SITUATE) ESTABLISHED FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES ONLY AND IN SUCH MANNER AND SUCH PROPORTIONS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT ("THE OBJECTS")
