Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS (THE OBJECTS)
A) TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE THE STUDY AND GENERAL KNOWLEDGE OF SCIENCE AND MEDICINE IN COVENTRY AND WARWICKSHIRE
B) TO PROMOTE AN ANNUAL LECTURE IN MEMORY OF R.E. SMITH
