ARE TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, PARTICULARLY THROUGH THE PROVISIONS OF FACILITIES AND TRAINING TO ENABLE THEM TO PLAY FOOTBALL (AND OTHER SPORTS) SO AS TO ASSIST THEM IN GROWING TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND AND AS MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND SO THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
