TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE LIVING IN THE AXMINSTER AREA, ESPECIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES, BY THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND BURSARIES FOR FOREIGN VISITS, SO TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
