1. TO PROTECT, PRESERVE AND ASSIST IN PROTECTING AND PROTECTING AND PRESERVING THROUGH SUPPORTING THE PROVISION OF SKILLED COUNSELLING SERVICES APPROPRIATE TO THEIR INDIVIDUAL NEEDS, THE HEALTH BOTH PHYSICAL AND MENTAL OF PERSONS RESIDENT WITHIN THE BOUNDARY OF THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF WIGAN.
2. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS RELATING TO THE NATURE OF GRIEVING AND BEREAVEMENT.
