TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF ETHNIC MINORITY CHILDREN IN THE VICINITY OF OXFORD, BRISTOL AND OTHER UNIVERSITY CITIES IN PARTICULAR THOSE CHILDREN WHO ARE LOWER ACHIEVING, THROUGH LIAISING WITH LOCAL SCHOOLS TO COORDINATE THE PROVISION OF VOLUNTEER HOME TEACHERS IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE AND BOOST MORALE.
