TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF CAMBDEN AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY ASSISTING AND SUPPORTING SUPPLEMENTARY SCHOOLS WHOSE PUPILS PRINCIPALLY ORIGINATE FROM THE HORN IN AFRICA IN THEIR EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES TO PROVIDE OR ARRANGE FOR THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION THAT ARE PROVIDED IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE PERSONS FOR WHOM THEY ARE INTENDED.
