TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND TEACHERS IN SRI LANKA AND OTHER THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES AND ENHANCE THEIR LIFE SKILLS BY:
1. THE PROVISION OF TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAMMES IN 'SPOKEN ENGLISH' IN PARTICULAR AND THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE IN GENERAL;
2. THE PROVISION OF RESOURCES IN SCHOOLS AND OTHER EDUCATION ESTABLISHMENTS THAT ARE NOT PROVIDED BY THE RELEVANT AUTHORITIES FOR TEACHING OF ENGLISH; AND
3. SUCH OTHER PURPOSES WHICH ARE CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES
