1)TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR THE MUSICAL EDUCATION OF YOUNG PERSONS.
(2)TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR SUCH PERSONS, WITH THE OBJECT OF HELPING AND EDUCATING THEM THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
