TO BE USED IN PERPETUITY AS A PLACE OF RECREATION AND SOCIAL INTERCOURSE UNDER THE CAYTHORPE WAR MEMORIAL HALL FOR THE ADVANTAGE OR BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF CAYTHORPE EITHER GRATUITOUSLY OR IN CONSIDERATION OF ANY MONEY PAYMENT OR ON SUCH TERMS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY THINK FIT.
