TO PROMOTE THE GOOD MENTAL HEALTH AND RELIEVE EMOTIONAL DISTRESS OF BEREAVED PEOPLE WHO HAVE LOST THEIR LOVED ONES ON THE ROADS OF LINCOLNSHIRE BY CREATING AND MAINTAINING A MEMORIAL TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE LOST THEIR LIVES ON LINCOLNSHIRE’S ROADS.
