THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE ARTS THROUGH PUBLIC GALLERY AND ARTS EVENT SPACE AND BY OFFERING AFFORDABLE STUDIO SPACE TO YOUNG ARTISTS STARTING OUT IN LIFE, OR TO ARTISTS WHO ARE DEMONSTRABLY POOR; AND 2. TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE WITH BEHAVIOR PROBLEMS BY USING ARTS AS AN OUTLET FOR EXPRESSION AND FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF VARIOUS SKILLS SETS, SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
