TO APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN AWARDING TO PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO ARE OR WHO HAVE A PARENT RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF ECCLES, WORSLEY, TYLDESLEY-CUM-SHACKERLEY, PEMBERTON, FARNWORTH, LITTLE HULTON, MIDDLE HULTON AND WESTHOUGHTON SCHOLARSHIPS, EXHIBITIONS, BURSARIES, MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES OR GRANTS TENABLE AT ANY SCHOOL, UNIVERSITY, COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, OR OTHER INSTITUTION OR FURTHER (INCLUDING PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL) EDUCATION APPROVED FOR THE PURPOSE BY THE TRUSTEES.
