Charitable objects
THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN ATTENDING THE COLYTON COUNTY PRIMARY SCHOOL.
NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE.
