Provide support for self organised local community groups ie vulnerable elderly people with social interaction such as "reminiscence" activities, providing access to books, music & trips to stimulate memories. Provide children / young people with access to a warm, friendly environment & help with equipment. Access to a meeting place for various local community groups/committees.
