THE MAINTENANCE OF JUNIOR OR SENIOR EXHIBITIONS TO BE AWARDED TO CHILDREN OR YOUNG PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE BENEFICIAL AREA AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, TO ENABLE THEM TO PURSUE THEIR EDUCATION.
