1) PROMOTING EDUCATION IN THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF ST PAUL THE APOSTLES WITH ST MARY THE VIRGIN, MARLBOROUGH IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS: (I) IN OR TOWARDS PROVIDING SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR THE ST MARY SCHOOL AND THE ST PETER SCHOOL AT MARLBOROUGH AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED BETWEEN THE TRUSTEES AND THE GOVERNORS OF THE SCHOOL CONCERNED AFTER COUSULTATION WITH THE SAID AUTHORITY
