THE ASSOCIATION OF CARERS HAS FIVE SERVICES FOR CARERS TO ASSIST THEM IN THEIR CARING ROLE IN EAST SUSSEX THESE ARE: A FREE HOME RESPITE SERVICE FOR CARERS, ALLOWING CARERS SOME FREE TIME EACH WEEK. BEFRIENDING OF THE CARER BY PROVIDING REGULAR TELEPHONE SUPPORT & PEER SUPPORT GROUPS. BEFRIENDING & SUPPORT OF YOUNG CARERS. A COMPUTER HELP AT HOME SERVICE FOR CARERS.
