TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC IN AGRICULTURE, HOME CRAFTS COUNTRY LIFE AND RELATED SUBJECTS AND IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE OF SUCH MEMBERS TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS.
