TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF SPENNITHORNE AND HARMBY AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD BY ASSOCIATING LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE THE OPPORTUNITIES FOR SPORT AND RECREATION ACTIVITIES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS
