FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF ISLINGTON BETWEEN 16 AND 25 YEARS OF AGE TO ADVANCE EDUCATION IN THE ARTS AND PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURETIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THOSE PERSONS.
