TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH OF PERSONS AGED BETWEEN 14 AND 25 YEARS BY THE PROVISION OF AN INFORMATION AND COUNSELLING SERVICE FOR SUCH PERSONS WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF RACE, NATIONALITY, GENDER, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, DISABILITY, RELIGIOUS OR POLITICAL BELIEFS.
