1) TO SECURE THE PRESERVATION, PROTECTION, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE RIVERS, STREAMS, WATERCOURSES AND WATER IMPOUNDMENTS IN THE WESTCOUNTRY. 2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE MANAGEMENT OF WATER.
