PARTICULARLY THOSE AFRICAN ORIGIN AND FOR ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE IN AN EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION, SOCIAL WELFARE, FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS, WHILST PROMOTING EQUALITY OF OPPUTUNITY AND GOOD RELATIONS BETWEEN PERSONS OF DIFFERENT RACIAL GROUP.
