(111)TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC ON ISSUES RELATING TO HIV AND AIDS BY INSTIGATING AND PARTICIPATING IN COMMUNITY BASED ACTIVITIES AND PROJECTS.
