THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE CLEAR INCOME OF THE PRIZE FUND IN THE AWARD OF ANNUAL PRIZES TO PUPILS IN RECOGNITION OF THEIR ACADEMIC, ARTISTIC, CREATIVE, MORAL OR PHYSICAL ACHIEVEMENTS.
