Charitable objects
TO RELIEVE THE HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS OF PERSONS, WHO BY VIRTUE OF THEIR CIRCUMSTANCES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CARE OF OTHER PERSONS WHO BECAUSE OF DISABILITY, ILLNESS OR AGE NEED CONTINUOUS CARE AND ATTENTION, AND TO SUPPORT ALL SUCH PERSONS REGARDLESS OF RACE, COLOUR, CREED, ETHNIC OR NATIONAL ORIGINS, AGE, DISABILITY, MARITAL STATUS, SEX OR SEXUAL ORIENTATION.
