TO RELIEVE THE POVERTY OF THOSE FORMER MEMBERS OF THE SECRET INTELLIGENCE SERVICE AND THE DIPLOMATIC SERVICE AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY WITH THEIR HOUSING, HEALTHCARE AND MAINTENANCE NEEDS.
