TO AFFORD FINANICAL RELIEF BY THE GRANT FROM TIME TO TIME OF SUMS OF MONEY TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SERVING AND EX-SERVING MEMBERS OF THE WESTMINSTER DRAGOON, THE BERKSHIRE AND WESTMINSTER DRAGOONS, ANY OTHER PAST OR PRESENT MILITARY UNIT WHOSE TITLE INCLUDED OR INCLUDES THE WORDS 'WESTMINSTER DRAGOONS' ANY FUTURE SUCH UNIT AND ANY OTHER FUTURE MILITARY UNIT WHICH THE COUNCIL OF THE WESTMINSTER DRAGOONS ASSC CONSIDERS TO BE A DIRECT SUCCESSOR TO SUCH A UNIT TOGETHER WITH THE FAMILIES AND DEPENDANTS OF ANY SUCH MEMBERS AND THE FAMILIES OF ANY DECEASED SUCH MEMBERS.
