TO MAKE GRANTS TO PERSONS WISHING TO STUDY THE SAME EITHER IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR ELSEWHERE IF THROUGH POVERTY THEY WOULD BE OTHERWISE PREVENTED FROM DOING SO TO SUBSCRIBE TO ANY LOCAL OR OTHER CHARITIES AND THE GRANT DONATIONS TO ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE.
