TO APPLY TH INCOME IN ONE OR BOTH OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS: 1 FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS OF THE ALMSHOUSES OF THE CHARITY OR ANY OF THEM IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEESTHINK FIT FROM TIME TO TIME. 2 RELIEVING PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE COMMUNITY OF LLANRHAEADR YN CINMERCH IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS BY MAKING GIFTS OR GRANTS OF MONEY. TO APPLY THE INCOME FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE SAID COMMUNITY FOR WHICH PROVISION IS NOT MADE OUT OF PUBLIC FUNDS.
