TO RELIEVE EITHER INDIVIDUALLY OR GENERALLY PERSONS SUFFERING FROM TUBERCULOSIS AND DISEASES OF THE CHEST AND HEART AND TO PREVENT OR ASSIST IN THE PREVENTION OF SUCH DISEASES AND SUBJECT THERETO, TO RELIEVE EITHER INDIVIDUALLY OR GENERALLY PERSONS WHO ARE OTHERWISE SICK, CONVALSCENT, DISABLED, HANDICAPPED OR INFIRM.
