WEEKLY PAYMENTS TO ELDERLY SPINSTERS WHO MAY OR MAY NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO BE RESIDENTS OF THE WILLIAM NUTTALL COTTAGE HOMES FOR AGED SPINSTERS PROVIDING THAT SUCH PERSONS SHALL EITHER HAVE BEEN BORN IN THE BOROUGH OF DONCASTER OR WITHIN 10 MILE RADIUS THEREOF AND HAVE RESIDED IN THE SAID BOROUGH FOR AT LEAST 20 YEARS.
