TO PROVIDE EXTRA-CURRICULAR EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES, OR SUCH OTHER BENEFITS AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE DETERMINED BY THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE, FOR SCHOOLCHILDREN IN PRIMARY, SECONDARY AND DAY SPECIAL SCHOOLS AND UNITS WHOSE PARENTS ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE THE SAME.
