TO MANAGE THE VILLAGE HALL AND RUN, THEREAT, A CLUB (OPEN TO ALL THE RESIDENTS OF FLUSHING) FOR THE PURPOSE OF PHYSICAL AND MENTAL TRAINING AND RECREATION AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT, AS MAY BE FOUND EXPEDIENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL INHABITANTS.
