THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE APPLIED BY THE TRUSTEES IN OR TOWARDS THE MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE GARDENS KNOWN AS TH EPAGEANT GARDENS AT SHERBORNE, AND FOR PURPOSES INCIDENTAL TO THE USE THEREOF FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF SHERBORNE, INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF MUSIC.
